Diploma in Travel & Tourism and Airline Training Apply Online

Aims
To enable students acquire a detailed understanding of tourism, a detailed knowledge of travel packages, travel agency practice and holiday planning including industry specific IT (Galileo)

Entry Requirements
Applications are invited from those who have completed Leaving Certificate. Mature students and recent school leavers are also welcome to apply. All applicants will be interviewed. There are course charges in relation to both the FETAC exams, and the non-FETAC elements of the course.

Career Prospects
Former students are now working in travel agencies, as tour operators, with airline companies as ground staff and cabin crew, and in other travel and tourism related areas.
Progression to FETAC Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Administration in DIFE is possible, as is progression to Higher Education Courses.
