Gym
The sports hall can be used for indoor football, basketball,
badminton (there are 4 badminton courts) and fitness classes such as
step aerobics and circuit training.
There are 25 steps available for step aerobics and
there are dumbbells, mats, gymballs and dynabands for circuit classes.
The hall is also suitable for carrying out fitness
testing for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance,
flexibility and body composition.
There is also a fitness studio available for cardiovascular work and
resistance training. There are three treadmills, three bikes and a range
of free and machine weights for a wide range of upper and lower body
work.
The facility is particularly suited to teams who are looking for somewhere
to train during the winter months or for teams looking to carry out
pre-season training.
